LeProuty EDU is an education and group activity management system that allows organizations to:

• Organize activities and assignments

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Types

• Entity Owner: Full administrative access to an organization
• Administrator: Administrative access with some limitations
• Program Manager: Management access for specific programs
• Staff: Operational access for assigned programs
• Parent: Limited access to view their children's information

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay required fees (if applicable)
• Are inactive for extended periods

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Manage your organization's programs and participants
• Track attendance and behavior
• Generate reports for your organization
• Communicate with authorized users

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

Content Standards

• Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
